It’s an intensive leadership and resilience training program for adults, designed to build a new generation of leaders equipped with practical skills, communal responsibility, and a strong connection to Personal, communal and Jewish identity. The program combines security skills, Emergency First Aid skills, Krav-Maga, physical and mental resilience training, Jewish heritage and values learning, and leadership development.
Jewish adults* within the specified age range of 18-40. Special exceptions will be allowed on a case-by-case basis.

Yes. It includes Krav Maga and security training, physical fitness conditioning, Emergency and crisis simulations, escalating in intensity between Tier 2 to Tier 1
You must have at least basic fitness capabilities prior to joining the program though some advanced tracks require a high level of physical fitness. The curriculum includes foundational physical fitness training starting from basics but a basic level of physical ability (and mental perseverance) is required.
Both, by design. The curriculum deliberately integrates practical security and emergency-response skills with Personal and Jewish identity and leadership development, with the idea being that communal resilience requires both capability and conviction.
No, you do not need prior security or technical experience to join the TIER 2 program.

Jewish communities worldwide have faced a sharp rise in antisemitism and threats to physical safety in the last years, while often lacking trained local leaders equipped to respond confidently. JR was created to close that gap by investing in communities and individuals: People will be trained to operate under pressure in extreme situations, lead others, and help protect their communities from within.
